Many legal disputes settle out of court but may still require the services of an expert in the resolution of these lawsuits. Whether cases proceed to court or not, Brian Taylor can provide expert witness services and reports in accordance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR 35) to assist you and your solicitor in resolving these matters. Brian is a full Practicing Member of the Academy of Experts and is experienced in the production of expert reports concerning issues arising from Japanese knotweed and other invasive weeds. He is a member of the BASIS Professional Register and is therefore able to advise on the use and selection of pesticides. Brian is also an examiner for the Japanese knotweed surveyor’s qualification (CSJK) through the Property Care Association (PCA) and has been working in the invasive weed sector for over 20 years.

Brian has been undertaking expert witness works since 2019 and has prepared many reports on this basis, including pre-action reports, reporting to CPR35 standard as well as attending court. He has worked as a Single Joint Expert, as well as an Expert Witness.
