Taylands is experienced and qualified in provision of invasive plant services to the commercial, Local Government and Housing Association sector. In addition to all other services offered by us, such as identification, surveying, Management Plans, etc., we can also provide an herbicide control programme together with long term monitoring of the site to ensure that the invasive plant has been completely eradicated.

In many instances, where the invasive plant(s) has arrived and established itself on existing housing/planting/premises it is preferable and more cost effective to treat the plant(s) by using professional herbicides. Taylands is able to undertake such works directly and will obtain necessary licences (for example for infestations near water a licence may be needed) where necessary. Taylands staff hold the necessary application licences (PA1, PA6AW, etc.) and our Director Brian Taylor is a Member of the BASIS Professional Register so can advise on pesticide use as required.
